• Quotes provided through our website or by phone/email are estimates only and may be subject to change based on project scope, materials, and site conditions.

• Final pricing will be confirmed in a written agreement before work begins.

 

3. Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract.

• Deposits may be required to secure materials and schedule work.

• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

 

4. Project Timelines

We strive to complete all projects in a timely manner; however, timelines may be affected by weather, material availability, and other factors outside of our control. Mile High Metal Fab is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

 

5. Warranties & Guarantees

• We stand by the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranties, if applicable, will be detailed in your project agreement.

• Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others are not covered under warranty.
